The Sussex Neurodiversity Practice is an ICO-registered company and lessons are delivered by a fully DBS-checked professional. In accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act (2018) and GDPR Guidelines, any assessment results, session notes or information about the student will be kept confidential and will be stored in a locked cabinet or secure computer. They will only be shared with relevant professionals with consent of the guardian/student. Assessment results, session notes or information about the student will be stored securely for maximum of 7 years, at which time they will be shredded or deleted.
